Colin Wallington Manager
Joins the club this season from Maldon Town having overseen the Blue's rise to the Ryman Premier during the last six years. Well respected in local football circles, Colin is looking to use his wealth of experience to take the club to the next level.
Brad King Assistant Manager
Brad has been promoted from Goalkeeping Coach to Assistant Manager this season. Probably one of the youngest coaches in the league at the age of 23. Previously a goalkeeper with Canvey Island, Maldon Town and Tilbury but his playing career was tragically cut short after suffering a serious head injury.
Dave Radley Coaching Assistant
The quiet gentleman of the coaching team! Holds a UEFA 'B' coaching badge and joined the club at the start of the season after previous experience with Maldon Town and Burnham Ramblers.
Noel Gambil Fitness Coach
An Army PTI and fitness fanatic, Noel is probably the most unpopular member of the team at times but his efforts are sure to stand the players in good stead throughout the season.
Mel Collier Physio
A valued member of the backroom staff and popular amongst the players. Like most physios, Mel's efforts and hard work are often understated.
Aaron Benstead Goalkeeper
Signed from Haverhill Rovers where he has been a permanent fixture for the past two season having joined them from King's Lynn. 26 year old Aaron has also spent time at Cambridge City, Newmarket and Wealdstone.
Darren Smith Goalkeeper
28 year old Darren joins us from Dover Athletic of Ryman 1 South, a very experienced keeper and a great presence in the dressing room.
Craig Huttley Defence - Age: 32
A pacy and athletic wing-back who joins the club this season having most recently plied his trade at Ryman Leaguers Maldon Town.
Harrison Tague Defence - Age: 20
A tall and commanding central defender who joins the club this season from Maldon Town.
Luke Webster Defence - Age: 19
Joined the club from Ipswich Town. Nicknamed Midget, Luke is still only 18 years old and will certainly be one to watch for the future.
Neil Shade Defence - Age: 30
Sweeper who previously played for manager Wallington at Maldon Town before moving to Ipswich Wanderers last term. A quality player who reads the game fantastically well.
Rhys Darg Defence
Comfortable at full-back or Central defence, 19 year old Rhys joins the Club from Coca-Cola Championship Club, West Bromwich Albion where he was an integral part of the Club's Academy and Reserve team set-up. Having suffered a broken ankle injury, Rhys is now looking to re-establish his career and to help the Club's push for a promotion place.
Simon Walker Defence - Age: 32
Signed three seasons ago from neighbours Heybridge Swifts, Simon soon became a capable addition to the squad. A versatile defender, comfortable in possession, who can slot into midfield if required.
Judd Coe Defence/Midfield - Age: 35
Began his senior career at Tiptree before spending many successful seasons at Maldon Town, helping them to reach the Ryman Premier Division. His leadership skills, tireless running and inspiration prove to be a tremendous club asset.
Richard Manning Defence/Midfield - Age: 26
A competitive player whose strength and athleticism make him a hard opponent wherever he features. Has huge technical ability and has long been highly regarded by the Tiptree management.
Gary Wraight Midfield - Age: 29
Joined from St Albans having previously been with Ryman Division One North side Harlow Town as well as Barking & East Ham United. Began his career with Wycombe and then played Conference football for Stevenage Borough.
Ian Nimmo Midfield
Joins the Club from Ipswich Town but originally hails from Falkirk, where his father is 1st team coach of the Scottish League outfit.
Lewin Ward Midfield - Age: 22
Experienced player, with Conference South Bishops Stortford last season. Equally comfortable with the ball at his feet or in the air and likes to get forward when occasions allow.
Kalam Mooniaruck Midfield/Forward
24yr old Kalam, who can play in either midfield or up front, started his career as a 13 year old at Norwich City. Joined Manchester United's Youth Academy and was released in January 2003 having been part of their trophy winning Academy side as well as representing England at junior level. He then played at Rotherham, QPR, Grimsby, Wycombe, Swindon, Sheffield Wed & Leyton Orient before signing for Braintree Town in August 2003. He was released in January 2004 and had a trial with Cambridge United, before signing with his local team Bishop's Stortford Swifts. He then signed for Cambridge City in August 2006 but requested release from his contract in January 2007 to enable him to take up coaching and to link up with David Beckham and help establish the 'Beck's' Soccer School network.
Lee Owen Midfield/Forward - Age: 29
Started his career with Peterborough United Youths and has since been at Sudbury Town, Cambridge City, Bury Town, Braintree Town and AFC Sudbury. Lee joins the club this season from Ipswich Wanderers where he played an influential role in their campaign last term.
Luke Callender Midfield/Forward
Luke joins the Club having been with Ridgeon League, Premier club, Stanway Rovers for the past two season where he scored 17 goals last season. Although leaving 'Rovers' recently to join Wivenhoe Town, 23 year old Luke decided that Broad Lane was not the place for him and after only one game for the Dragons, decided to switch allegiance and join the Jam-Makers push for honours.
Tom English Midfield/Forward - Age: 26
Rejoins Tiptree from Ipswich Wanderers after originally joining from Haverhill Rovers last term having previously been at Colchester United and AFC Sudbury. A local postman, Tom is a proven goalscorer with his technical ability allowing him to influence games in different ways.
Dane Nelson Forward - Age: 19
Brought to the club last season by Reserve Team boss, Graham Taylor, Dane then spent his time at Heybridge Swifts. Now returned on a short term basis to gain experience at first team level.
Gary Hill Forward - Age: 25
Returned to Tiptree at the very end of the 04/05 season and gladly repaid the club by becoming top scorer in his first season. Strong in the air with a real physical presence.
Jamie Arlick Forward - Age: 18
A youth and trainee at Cambridge United before transferring to Northampton Town. Jamie is a highly respected striker who has also had trials at Plymouth Argyle and West Ham United. Currently on loan at Cambridge City.
John Watson Forward - Age: 24
The clubs top scorer in 2003/04, who returned to Tiptree after a short spell at Wivenhoe, but then suffered a number of injury setbacks. Will be looking to establish himself under the new management.
Tom Noble Forward
A true 30 goal a season striker previously with Maldon Town and Braintree Town Signed this season from AFC Sudbury for a club record fee and teams up with his old manager and several former team-mates.
